Review : It either works or it doesn’t
As to the product, it’s one of those things that either works or it doesn’t. It does. Sara, a GSD, weighs about 110 punds (50 kg). I gave her four crushed tablets with each of two meals a day and after the scratching subsided (about a week-and-a-half) I slowly reduced the number to two, twice a day.
As a test, I stopped for four days and she started scratching again. Started up and again, no scratching. This either works for your dog or it doesn’t, but it’s worth a try.
